The Future of Data Science

Nobel laureate Guido Imbens, The Applied Econometrics Professor and newly appointed director of Stanford Data Science, joins Steve Kessel, MBA ’94, for a conversation about the future of data. This will be a rare opportunity to hear firsthand insights into data-driven discovery and his vision for the decades ahead at Stanford.

Together, we will explore Professor Imbens’ groundbreaking work in causal inference that has revolutionized our understanding of cause and effect across fields — from medicine and economics to public policy and environmental science.
